For the fifth year, thanks to the efforts of Rabbi Chesky Tenenbaum, director of the Jewish Uniformed Service Association of Maryland-Chabad, a Chanukah party and menorah-lightning took place at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Joining the event was the Garrison Chaplain of APG, Chaplain MAJ Metz, as well as soldiers and employees of the APG community.
