On November 12, Mikhail Rachinsky of Baltimore at 88. He is survived by his children, Dr. Yana Rachinskaya (Tim Pickering) and Alexander Ratschinskij; and a grandson, Daniel Rachinsky. He was predeceased by his wife, Yelena Grinina.
