On Jan. 16, Libby J. Millard (née Magness) of Owings Mills, the same day that her Harold Winthrop passed at 92. She is survived by daughter Rhona (Michael) Stein; daughter-in-law Diane Winthrop; grandchildren Adam (Felicia) Stein, Jeff (Anna) Stein, Brian (Natalie) Winthrop and Robert Winthrop; great-grandchildren Brendan Stein, Max Stein, Blake Stein, Kaia Stein and Bella Winthrop; nephew Ric Costow; and nieces Nancy Hyman (Dave Hyman) and Iris Costow. She was predeceased by husbands Harold Winthrop and Jerry Millard; son Bruce Winthrop; sister Gloria Costow; and parents Irving and Sarah Magness.
