On April 16, Irving L. Miller of Reisterstown at 75. He is survived by wife Gail Miller (née Paper); children Sheryl Richards (Gary Smith), Jackie Lynn Leibowitz, David S. (Tracy) Roche, Jay (Laurah) Miller and Shelly (Ron) Smith; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and dog Teddy. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army who served bravely during Vietnam. After his service he worked for 10 years as a Baltimore City police officer and always enjoyed helping those around him. His passion for animals led him to create and run a well-known Owings Mills pet store called Animal Treats. He volunteered on two different Condominium Boards, giving his time working to make the complex he lived in better however he could.
