On January 11, Nelli Shuffer of Severn at 96. She is survived by son Leonid (Margarita) Turovskiy; and grandchildren Michael Turovskiy and Julia Khoklova. She was predeceased by husband Igor Turovskiy; daughter Mara Khokhlava; and sisters Ludmila Naygovezena and Anna Bayviel.
