On April 6, Lauraine Polashuk at Erickson Living in Charlestown. She was predeceased by husband Donald (Dan) Polashuk; father and mother Dr. Isidore and Jeannette Blum Levy; and sister Dorothy Levy Trosch. She is survived by brother Dr. Jay Levy and family, and all the Blums. She said that her major contribution to society was the creation of geriatric music therapy by playing appropriate piano music. Harry Citron was her mentor and splendid role model. Primarily, she worked at Levindale, Roland Park Place and Keswick.
