On February 2, 2019, Ruth Potlack (nee Teichman), devoted wife of the late Marvin Merrill Potlack; adoring mother of Ellyn (Dr. Stephen) Polakoff and David Potlack; beloved sister of Ken Teichman; cherished grandmother of Dara Illese Polakoff; beloved step-grandmother of Ben (Nancy) Polakoff; loving great-grandmother of Lillian, Sophia and Asher Polakoff; also survived by her loving caregiver Wanda Smothers.
Funeral services and interment will be held at Arlington Cemetery, Chizuk Amuno Congregation, North Rogers Avenue, on Tuesday, February 5, at 11 a.m. Please omit flowers.
