Preparing for Seders in Baltimore

0

Between cleaning, selling chametz and cooking up a feast, Passover is a holiday that requires a lot of preparation.

Like in all years past, Baltimore Jewish community members were up the task. Many cleaned their homes, filled their kitchens with kosher-for-Passover foods and took on the responsibility of hosting seders.

They also set their tables for their seders, with tablecloths, Haggadahs and the traditional seder plates, as well as sometimes less traditional items — like oranges to represent LGBTQ inclusion, sunflowers or sunflower seeds to show support for Ukraine and more.

Here are some photos of Baltimore Jewish community members’ seder tables.
