The Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company was well represented at the recent Baltimore County Volunteer Firemen’s Association annual meeting, with current PVFC President Allen Roody being elected to the BCVFA Hall of Fame and former captain Glenn Resnick being named senior vice president for the association.
Roody, a PVFC member for nearly 35 years, was elected as one of 11 members of the BCVFA Hall of Fame Class of 2013. Resnick, a PVFC member for more than 28 years, has been active with the BCVFA in various committees and roles for many years.
In addition, the association’s Executive Officer of the Year Award was renamed in honor of former PVFC Life Member Lee Sachs, past president of the Baltimore County
