On Oct. 11, Rachel Leah Middleman (née Miller) of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, at 45. She is survived by son Mason Middleman; father Howard (Mary) Miller; and siblings Jennifer (Steve) Krouse, Tracey (Christopher) Allen, Natalie (Jon) Hildebrand, Ben (Carrie) Miller, Sam (Hannah) Miller, Rebecca (Andrew) Amernick and Carol (Brian) Taylor. She was predeceased by mother Elaine (Samuel) Benesh.
