On Jan. 25, Anne Rapp of Cherry Hill, formerly of Forest Hills, N.Y., at 86. Wife of the late Morris Rapp; mother of Bruce Ascher of Carmel, N.Y., Debra (Keith) Waldman of Marlton, N.J., Melinda (Keith) Michel of Owings Mills; stepmother of Alan (Susie) Rapp of Longmont, Colo., and the late Lawrence Rapp; and sister of Sheila Dressner, Lisbeth Sugar and the late Leonard Spooner. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
