On Wednesday November 13, 2013, LUCILLE, of Bethesda, formerly of Silver Spring, beloved wife of the late Sydney Rattner; loving mother of Barnett (Francine) and Steven (Tracey); cherished grandmother of Michelle and Jonathan Fish, Alexander and Beth, and Jaclyn. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane, on Friday November 15, at noon. Internment at Beth Tfiloh Cemetery, 5800 Winsor Mill Road.
