Rhona Homer, of Baltimore, Md., passed away on Sunday, May 11th, at the age of 86. She is survived by her children, Stephanie Beth Mendel and Ryan Michael Mechanick, and her grandson, Seth Mendel. She was predeceased by her husband, Julius Homer, and her parents, George and Sophie Besser.
