Richard Blackwell, of Reisterstown, passed away on September 3, at the age of 81. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Blackwell (nee Sobol); loving daughters, Melissa (Andrew Marsh) Blackwell and Rachael (Chad) Berman; and cherished grandchildren, Theo Marsh, Brody Berman, Liam Berman and Nolan Berman. Richard was predeceased by his dear parents, Evelyn and Bill Blackwell.
