On November 24, Richard S. Bart of Annapolis at 73. He is survived by his children, Andrew (Yvette) Bart, Samantha (Jason) Hirschel and Shelby Bart; sister Beverlee Rendelman; grandson Liam Bart; stepmother Judy Bart; former wife Nancy Bart; her daughter Erin Miller; and her granddaughter Harper Chado. Richard was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Jon Rendelman; and his parents, Shirlee and Fred Bart.
