Robert Charles Russel, of Baltimore, and Boca Raton, FL, passed away on April 25 at the age of 83. He is survived by his loving wife, Irene Russel (nee Mansbach); devoted children David (Wendy) Russel and Rebecca (Joshua) Brenner; cherished grandchildren, Rachel (Austin) Sapin, Harry Russel, Julia Russel, Jacob Brenner, and Noah Brenner. He was predeceased by his dear brother, Steven Russel, and loving parents, Alli and Ronnie H. Russel.
