Rochelle Davis, of Washington, D.C., passed away on Dec. 8, at the age of 74. She is survived by her loving sister, Amy Webb; and her nieces and nephews, as well as cherished friends. Rochelle was predeceased by dear siblings, Marc Davis and Carol Von Gonten; and parents, Sarah and Martin Davis. Shelly was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

She lived her life with enthusiasm, determination, and great love. Her spirit and endless well of generosity enriched the lives of those who were touched by her beautiful spirit. Shelly spent her professional life as a marketing executive. She was an asset to the institutions that were fortunate enough to benefit from her diverse professional skills.
