On March 19, Howard C. Rodman of Owings Mills at 82. He is survived by nieces Carla Steinberg and Sima Sharabi. He was predeceased by sister Elyse Mashbaum. He was a custom home builder and designer who built over 200 homes in the greater Baltimore area.
