On Feb. 18, Jeffrey Scott Romm of Hampstead at 61. He is survived by wife Vikki Raye Romm (née Buckworth); son Kyle (MaryKate) Romm; siblings Mitchell (Susan) Romm, Sherri Romm (Mark Towles) and Marc (Maria) Romm; step-siblings Mitchell (Suzy) Heyman, Brad (Michelle) Heyman and Debbi (Michael) Stern; sisters-in-law Leslie Buckworth and Michelle Buckworth; nieces and nephews Ashley (Kevin) Quail, Brooke Goldfond, Jeff Goldfond, Olivia Goldfond, Jarod Miller, Justin Miller and Isabella Romm; parents Janet Romm and Arthur Romm; step-mother Leslye Romm; and parents-in-law Roseanne Patterson and Donald (Susan) Buckworth. Always hard-working, light-hearted, quick-witted, caring, jack of all trades who loved his family and friends dearly. A devoted Baltimore sports fan even during the tougher years.
