On Jan. 7, Stephen Rosenbaum, of Pikesville, at 71. He is survived by wife Agatha “Murf” Rosenbaum (nee Matricciani); sons Philip Rosenbaum and Joseph (Shannon) Rosenbaum; grandchildren Guy Brooks Rosenbaum and Miles John Rosenbaum; and dog Stanford. He was predeceased by parents Sylvia and Charles Rosenbaum and brother Norton Rosenbaum. He graduated from the McDonogh School in 1968, Syracuse University in 1972 and received his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1976. He retired from the State of Maryland, after serving for 24 years as a judge for the Worker’s Compensation Commission, where he was affectionately known as the “Rocket Docket.” He enjoyed reading biographies, going to the cinema and traveling to museums all over the country.
