On April 11, Rozzie Brilliant (née Becker) of Baltimore at 77. She is survived by children Ilana (Mark) Feuchter and Brian (Kara) Brilliant; and grandchildren Gracie, Julianne and William Feuchter, Jack, Alex and Emmy Brilliant. She was predeceased by husband Mark Brilliant; brother Marvin Becker; and parents Irene and Irving Becker.
