On September 11, 2017, Shifra M. Rubin (nee Meyer), devoted wife of the late Gilbert V. Rubin; loving mother of Richard J. Rubin and the late William “Billy” J. Rubin; beloved mother-in-law of Lynn “Chickie” Rubin; dear sister of the late Rose Ambach; adored grandmother of David Rubin (Karen Wargo) and Stephen Rubin; cherished great-grandmother of Mia and Olivia Rubin; dear daughter of the late Elizabeth and Buddy Meyer. Funeral services and interment will be held at Har Sinai Cemetery, Garrison Forest Road, on Wednesday, September 13, at 11:30 a.m. Please omit flowers.
