On Feb. 9, Robert Alan Rubin of Claymont, Del., at 67. He is survived by wife Ruthanne Rubin (née Marr); child Amanda Charles Black (fiance Jason Isaacs); and sister-in-law Mary Lou Marr. He was predeceased by parents Alfred and Charlotte Rubin and brother Steven Ira Rubin.
