On April 5, Lee Rudolph of Baltimore at 87. He is survived by wife Janet Rudolph (née Singer); children Dr. Michael (Sheryle) Rudoph, Elayne Rudolph and Cheryl Rudolph Suitor (Earl Suitor); sister-in-law Judy (Kenneth) Frohlich; and grandchildren Riley Akiyama, Hollie Rudoph, Brendan McGrath and Daniel McGrath. He was predeceased by parents Florence and Albert Rudolph. He was well known as a recruiter in the cement industry. He founded Cemcon International and placed engineers in cement plants nationwide. He was also an artist whose specialty was cartooning. He loved the history, stories and antique guns of the Civil War and the Old West. He loved all animals, especially dogs. He worked for many years training dogs to become service animals for hearing-impaired individuals.
