On April 2, Michael Bruce Schneck of Bel Air at 65. He is survived by mother Zita Schneck; siblings Howard (Debbie) Schneck and Karyn Jarboe; nieces Carla Lynch, Laura Jacobsen and Valerie Butterhof; nephews Kevin Jarboe, Joseph Schneck and Justin Jarboe; and 11 great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by father David Schneck and service dogs Wendy and Sadie. He attended the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute in College Park and worked at Pete’s Cycle Shop before suffering an accident that left him a paraplegic at 19. He reinvented himself by graduating from dental technology school and then worked for Reynolds Dentistry using his excellent fine motor skills to create dentures and crowns until health issues required him to undergo multiple back surgeries. Unable to continue as a dental technician, he earned a Maryland Real Estate license and helped Harford County craft legislation concerning disabled accessibility rights. He was a generous and kind soul who often helped others in need.
