On February 25, Steven Levin of Windsor Mill at 71. He is survived by sister-in-law Kathleen (Ken) Taylor; niece Amanda Levin and nephew Andrew (Courtney) Levin; grand-nephew Julian Levin and grand-niece Delilah. He was predeceased by brother Larry Levin; and parents Ethel and Theodore Levin.
