On May 30, 2015, BRENDA JOYCE, 60, of Chambersburg; daughter of Bertha Mae and Joseph Bryan Kenley, Sr.; mother and mother-in-law of Joy L and Paul A Halcott; mother of Ivan R Sullivan III; sister of Joseph “Bryan” Kenley, Jr.; devoted grandmother of Amanda J Halcott, Rebecca N Halcott, Zachary D Halcott, Ivan R Sullivan IV and Clara R Wambler. The family will receive friends for a memorial service on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 3457 Loganview Drive, Baltimore, MD 21222.
