On Oct. 10, Toby Jaffe (née Balachow) of Baltimore at 93. She is survived by children Scott (Ann) Jaffe and Abby (Richard) Rosenbloom; grandchildren Claire Jaffe and Lucy Rosenbloom (Willie Herold); brother-in-law Sheldon Jaffe; and sister-in-law Maxine Jaffe. She was predeceased by husband Lawrence Jaffe; partner Reuben Kahn; brother David (Estelle) Balachow; brother-in-law Efrem Jaffe; sister-in-law Nancy Jaffe; and parents Mary and Herbert Balachow.
