While visiting Haifa, Har Sinai-Oheb Shalom Congregation’s Rabbi Rachel Sabath Beit-Halachmi presented a HSOSC-themed Torah cover to the rabbi of Or Hadash Haifa Israel Reform Congregation, to go along with a Torah scroll the congregation had loaned to Spirit of the Galilee in April 2023.
