On May 1, Valerie Binder (née Freeland) of Baltimore at 90. She is survived by daughter Joanne (Philip) Tulkoff; brother Charles (Beverly) Freeland; and grandchildren Hannah Tulkoff (Nick Gorbitz) and Josh Tulkoff. She was predeceased by husband Mayer Joseph Binder and son Robert Binder.
