On March 6, Wayne Jeffrey Froman of Bethesda at 77. He is survived by sister Sherry Froman. He was predeceased by parents Adeline and Gerard Froman. He was a good friend, caring brother and devoted colleague. Very devoted to his work, as well as honest, giving and very funny.
