On August 22, William Hicks of Sykesville at 82. He is survived by children Roxanna (Craig) Pollack, Heather (Matt) Cole, Jenifer Flynn, and Kayla (Corey) Smith; siblings Donald Edwin Hicks, Nancy Jo Hare, and Theresa Feliciano, grandchildren Jordana Pollack, Zachary Pollack (Rebecca Leisner), and Gabrielle Pollack (Josh Seguenza), Roby Flynn, Malorie Flynn, Jake Cole, Molli Cole, and Barrett Smith; cousins Cheryl and Cody Grooms, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife Ruth Eileen Hicks; parents Roxie and Roby Hicks; and siblings Johnnie Byron Hicks and Sandra Ann Engles.
