On April 27, Fay Cynthia Hubert (née Stein) of Baltimore at 95. She is survived by children Barbara (Steven) Caplan, Arnold (Iris) Hubert and Scott (Amy) Hubert; grandchildren Elyse Kaplan (Dustin Sentz), Jeffrey Kaplan, Ira Hubert, Stacy Hubert, Jason (Jillian) Hubert and Lauren (Cory) Robertson; and great-grandchildren Ezra, Aria and Joey. She was predeceased by husband of over 40 years Sidney Hubert and parents Israel and Anna Stein. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., and studied accounting at Queens College. She moved to Baltimore when she married Sidney and was soon after joined by her parents. After raising her three children, she began working again at her husband’s tack store, where she was the bookkeeper for many years.
