Joel Lapin, left, of Ellicott City, and his brother, Michael Lapin of Miami, dedicated a life support ambulance for Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency system, in memory of their parents, Anne and Aaron Lapin of Worcester, Massachusetts. The ambulance will be shipped from Baltimore to Israel.
