The second annual We Are Family JOCISM Shabbaton, an event meant to bring Jews of color and Indigenous, Mizrahi and Sephardic Jews together for Shabbat, was recently held at Pearlstone. The Shabbaton was put together by KHAZBAR: An Oasis in Deserts of Jewish Diversity for JOCISM and The Jews of Color Mishpacha Project.
