HERR

On Nov. 18, Miss Irma Judith Herr at her home in Washington, D.C., at 93. She was born Feb. 10, 1928, in Hughesville, Pa., as one of five daughters to Rose (Gladstone) and Ellis Herr. She was preceded in death by sisters Bernice Herr, Katie Balliet, Anita Holm and Harriet Herr. She is survived by niece Michele (Balliet) Erskine; niece Robin (Holm) Meyer; and nephew Ronald Holm and their families and will be greatly missed by all. She lived in D.C. for most of her life after leaving Mt. Rainier, where she lived with sisters Bernice and Harriet. She spent her career in publishing at American Publishing before working in administration with the Bureau of National Affairs. She enjoyed all that D.C. offered, but also loved to travel; from car trips with her sisters to visiting family in Florida to tours in Europe.
