On Jan. 16, Elaine J. Kuntz of Delray Beach, Fla., originally from Baltimore, at 91. She was the wife of Hugo Kuntz for 71 years. She is survived by children Nancy Siegel (Andrew) and Jimmy Kuntz (Amy); grandchildren Michele Leclerc (James), Jason Simon, Elizabeth Kuntz, Lexi Kuntz, Elizabeth Meny (Peter), Alexander Siegel (Ariel) and Robert Siegel (China); great-grandchildren Hailey Haddad and Hunter Meny; and sister-in-law Miriam Lowenberg Black. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, first and second cousins and friends. She was predeceased by sister Emily Gordon and parents Albert Raboy and Lillian Jordan.
