On Sept. 5, Lillian Rifkin Davis of Baltimore at 96. She is survived by children Hirsch (Teresa) Davis, Marsha (Shmuel) Benshir and Risa (Steve) Kramer; grandchildren Jacob (Lori) Kotlicky, Rebecca (Jonathan) Porges, Isaac (Courtney) Kotlicky, Sara (Moshe) Shamouilian, Avi (Alison) Kotlicky, Helen (Jason) Kramer, Abriel Kramer and Frances Kramer; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband Morton Davis; sisters Ruth (Bernard) Soroka and Selma (Philip) Berger; and parents Fannie and Jake Rifkin. She served as the assistant principal of Ivymount School, president of MANSEF, president of the Board of Jewish Education and was a member of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County. She also received many awards.
