On Oct. 18, Martin Katz of Baltimore at 93. He is survived by sons Ira (Donna) Katz and Bruce (Shannon) Katz; grandchildren Aaron (Caitlin) Katz, Taylor (Ryan) Katz-Miller, Tim (Rebecca) Ogilvie, Courtney Hartman and Samantha Hartman; and great-grandchildren Claire, Cade, Emilie, Jack, Mila and Kenzie. He was predeceased by wife Florine “Flo” Katz (née Edelson); siblings Ben Katz, Sadie Scherr and Ann Goodman; and parents Israel and Rose Katz. He was a proud member of the Panther Club and a dedicated supporter of disabled veterans, often seen at your local big box store raising money for the Disabled American Veterans foundation. He always prioritized those around him over himself. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
