On June 30, Rosalee Cohen Davison of Pikesville at 92. She is survived by husband Richard Davison; children Mark (Sarah) Davison, Joanna Davison Golden and John Davison; sister Charlotte C. Weinberg (late Dr. Carroll Weinberg); and grandchildren Alex Golden, Max Golden, Graham Davison, Will Davison, Cece Davison, Jack Davison, Maddie Davison and Josh Davison. She was predeceased by parents Zelda and Ben Cohen. She was a lifelong learner who studied Torah and religious literature and art. She was a docent at the Walters Art Museum where she was a founding member of the Women’s Committee and sat on the board of trustees. She was an active philanthropist who served many organizations including The Associated, Oheb Shalom and MICA. She was creative and had a passion for travel. She collected beads from around the world, which she incorporated into her beautifully crafted jewelry. She was a voracious reader and belonged to several book clubs. Other than her grandchildren, her greatest thrills came from breeding and raising thoroughbred horses.
