On Sept. 3, Terence John Rowland of Baltimore at 70. He is survived by wife Elaine F. Minsky-Rowland; daughter Jocelyn D Minsky-Rowland (David Mendelsohn); sons Aubrey L Minsky-Rowland and Bryce S.P. Minsky Rowland; cousin Peter Woolsey; aunt Vera Woolsey; nephew Daniel B Urie; and sister-in-law Marilyn L. Urie. He was predeceased by parents Peggy (née Woolsey) and John Rowland.
