On July 1, Roy Andrew Duncan of Pikesville at 70. He is survived by wife Evie Duncan (née Podall); stepdaughter Maytal (Mark) Schneyer; stepson Gilad (Tehila) Mittelman; and grandchildren Alex Schneyer, Heidi Schneyer, Ella Schneyer, Shira Mittelman and Noa Mittelman. He was predeceased by father Andrew Duncan. He was a printer, teacher, husband, second dad, bubba and friend. He firmly believed that “A right Heart exceeds all” (Ben Franklin, Poor Richard’s Almanac).
