On Jan. 8, Tamara A. Chernomorskaya (née Kharif) of Pikesville at 83. She is survived by daughter Margarita Lemeneva (Roman Lemenev); sister Polina Rudaya; and grandson Gennadiy Lemenev. She was predeceased by parents Alexander and Maria Kharif. She was a hardworking and giving mother, sister, grandmother and friend to everyone she would meet. Throughout her life, she would always be known by those in her life as a giving and reliable friend; no matter the circumstance she would always help. Her daughter remembers growing up with her mother as a beam of light and hope through every trial and challenge. She loved her family more than the world and leapt over every obstacle life could throw to be sure that her daughter and her friends could live a meaningful and blessed life. The world is a better place because of her; she will be missed by all who knew her.
