On Feb. 25, Celeste Rona Hicks (née Sinofsky) of Bowie at 76. She is survived by children Tracy Haidar, Todd (Dawn) Hicks and Andy (Kellie) Hicks; sister Faye (Ken) Tilles; grandchildren Justin Haidar, Madison Hicks, Aidan Hicks, Owen Hicks, Austin Hicks and Ethan Hicks; brother-in-law Russ Levin, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Ed Hicks; brother Howard (Lois) Sinofsky; sister Sheilah Levin; and parents Betty and Nathan Sinofsky.
