On Feb. 26, Toby Merrenblum (née Neistadt) of Baltimore at 84. She is survived by daughter Stacey Shuman and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband Jerry Merrenblum and parents Dorothy and Maurice Neistadt. She lived a life as a devoted wife, a loving mother and Bubby, an adored daughter and a caring friend. Laughter and humor are her legacy; she made the world a happier place for everyone in her inner circle of love. And now after a separation for a little more than one year, Toby and Jerry are reunited in peace, harmony and eternal bliss.
