On May 22, Arthur William Frater of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Severna Park, at 83. He is survived by wife Sandra Frater (née Lane); children Raymond (Janice) Frater and Scott (Eileen) Frater; daughter-in-law Lynn Frater Morrow; grandchildren Harrison Frater, Ethan Frater, Charlie Frater, James Frater, Rebekah Frater, Morgan Frater and Chase Frater; nephew Craig Frater; and niece Joni Frater. He was predeceased by first wife Sheila Frater (née Jablow); son Keith Frater; brother Julius (Iris) Frater; and parents Diana and David Frater. He was the sweetest, kindest and most patient man and was loved and cherished by all who knew him, friends and family alike.
