On Oct. 20, Harold “Hal” Kuff of Columbia at 72. He is survived by wife Elizabeth “Betsy” Rechtsteiner; sister Randy (Gary) Melnick; and nieces and nephew Kimberly (Harris) Lineberger, Matthew (Katie) Melnick and Jessica (Luke) Kalb. He was predeceased by parents Frances and Bernard Kuff.
