On August 21, Rhonda Carol Jacobs of Baltimore at 68. She is survived by parents Claire and David Jacobs; sisters Hillary (Jeffrey) Liber, Marcella Jacobs, Nina Jacobs Berman (Ed Berman), and Gina Jacobs Millstein (Stephen Millstein); and many nieces and nephews.
