On April 15, Alix Ruby Kasten of Owings Mills at 67. She is survived by siblings Rabbi Tuvia Perlman, Phyllis (Stanley) Tanzer and Mordechai (Chana) Perlman and by many more family and friends. She was predeceased by sister-in-law Shifra Perlman and parents Arnold and Ruth Perlman. She was a devoted daughter, sister and aunt to many nieces and nephews. She valued her relationships and always put them first.
