On April 16, Jack Norman Richard of Baltimore at 87. He is survived by daughter Cindy Lynn Richard; brother Michael (Marge) Richard; son-in-law Stephen Earle; nieces and nephews Sandra (Joe) Burstyn, Hope (Michael) Sachwald, Stephen (Adam) Richard and Rick (Beth) Richard; and many great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife Freida Richard (née Levine); daughter Shelley Richard Earle; and parents Muriel and Harry Richard.
